  • As chief executive officer, Jennifer Heath oversees the strategic growth and development functions for Brick Mountain.

  • Heath oversees all operations at Brick Mountain, focusing on continuous quality improvement for the services offered to Brick Mountain clients. Heath is experienced in healthcare operations and coordinates all practice management contracts handled by the company. While continuing to improve service and customer care, Heath has expanded the operations of Brick Mountain by over $1 million per year.

  • Prior to becoming chief executive officer, Heath served as the corporate human resources director for Pacer Corporation where she oversaw the human resources activities and assisted in the operational turnarounds of over 800 employees, 12 companies, and $80 million in revenue. Prior to that, Heath served as the human resources director for Minnie G. Boswell Memorial Hospital, a 25-bed critical access facility with over 100 employees located in Greensboro, Georgia. During that time, Heath managed the recruitment, staffing, employee relations, benefits, compensation, and counseling functions at the facility. She also oversaw policy and procedures development, unemployment and workers’ compensation. Concurrently, Heath served as the credentialing coordinator for the facility where she was responsible to the medical staff for the credentialing of all physicians and allied health professionals.

  • Heath began her career as an employee relations coordinator from Briggs & Stratton, a manufacturer of air cooled gasoline engines for outdoor power equipment with over 750 employees. While in this role, Heath recruited, hired and terminated non-exempt employees; structured employee orientations, implemented interview skills classes; conducted performance management training; redesigned performance management processes; and administered 401K and FMLA programs.

  • Heath holds a bachelor’s degree in human resource management and a master’s degree in business administration from Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Georgia.
